LYNN M. BEDZYK-BORIEO -- Ms. Borieo has been a para-professional with Rubenfaer & Associates, P.C. since 1998. She received her Bachelor of Science and Administration degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1994. She has several years of tax preparation experience with a national income tax preparation company, as well as private practice. She also has over eight years of managerial experience and several years of rental management experience.

CAROL S. RUBENFAER -- Ms. Rubenfaer, Director of Technology and shareholder, received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wayne State University. She has been a licensed CPA since March 1976. Ms. Rubenfaer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.  She serves on the MICPA Ethics Task Force and as Treasurer of the Plum Tree Homeowners Association.

WILLIAM S. RUBENFAER -- Mr. Rubenfaer is the Managing Partner and Founder of the firm. He is a graduate of Detroit Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Management Advisory Services Division and Financial Planning Division and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He was past president of the Bloomfield Hills School District.

SUSAN M. LaVOIE -- Ms. LaVoie, Director of Human Resources, joined the firm in 1987 and was named a shareholder in 2002. She was licensed to practice public accounting in the state of Michigan in 1992, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Her professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants . She was co-author and speaker at the seminar “Employment and Income Verification” and has won awards as the past treasurer for the South Lyon Jaycees, Inc., a non-profit organization.

RENEE S. WOLGIN -- Ms. Wolgin joined the firm in July 2002. She graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and has been a licensed C.P.A. since May 2000. Her previous experience includes almost three years at Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP in the Middle Market Advisory Services group providing audit, review, compilation and other advisory services to a varied client base. Ms. Wolgin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
